Bellbrook Business

Bellbrook Ghost Walk

October 19, 2013

During the Bellbrook Ghost Walk we were given the opportunity to guide an investigation inside one of the businesses along the Ghost Walk route. While waiting for our guest to arrive Shelly Moore Caron and I took a moment to run an EVP session in the upstairs of the business. Upon reviewing the audio we found that we captured a very distinct EVP of a man which says “Prove It”.

During this session I was dual recording with the ICD-SX712 and ICD-P520 so we were fortunate enough to have two different audio files to compare.

The transcript is as follows:

Shelly says, “I don’t know if it was dust or not but I just caught something flying from you.”

She pauses for a moment and during this time the EVP “Prove It” is captured.

Shelly then follows, “Wow, there’s something up here.” Referring to a possible spirit inhabitant.

Below is the EVP "Prove It" as well as an anaylsis of the frequencies of the EVP "Prove It" as they occurred on each recorder.

The ICD-P520 captured the EVP clearly.

The words of the EVP are separated into different color wave forms.

-Frequency Wave Form Color Key-

EVP: "PROVE IT"

Red Line: "PROVE"

Orange Line: "IT"

Green Line: Overall Frequency

ICD-SX712: EVP @ 6 seconds

"Prove It"

Pay attention to what is heard after the 6 second mark.

ICD-P520: EVP @ 6 seconds

"Prove It"

Pay attention to what is heard after the 6 second mark compared to the SX412.

ICD-P520: EVP Single

This is the EVP  "Prove It" by itself.

Based on the frequency analysis of the two recorders we can see that the ICD-P520 has given us an amplified lower frequency range.

The recording on the ICD-SX712 has a larger Frequency Response of 16 kHz compared to the 4 kHz seen on the ICD-P520. The Frequency Response difference could be attributed to the individual settings of the recorders which can be changed based on personal preference. What I cannot explain is the ability of the ICD-P520 or similar recorders, to take these lower frequencies and amplify them so that they are more pronounced on the recording.

Additionally, it is important to note that there was a noise recorded on the ICD-SX712 at the time of the EVP but the ICD-P520 was able to capture the transformation of noise into speech which may have been caused by spirit. That transformation then produced the EVP “Prove It” on the ICD-P520.

Also it is very important to note that this Class of EVP has been captured before in this location. In the EVP a woman was heard saying “Imma Need You to Help Me.” The EVP was so clear that we could hear her southern accent as she spoke.

This class of EVP is rare and to capture two in a single location is wonderful. Perhaps there is something energetically unique about this location that allows clear spirit communication on a frequent basis.

Ghost Box Audio

EVP: I Like The Touch Of...Her-Hair

Here is the single of the EVP.

Notice the different voices and how they finish in harmony.

Downstairs: EVP @ 3 seconds

Q: Could You Give Us A Name

   EVP: Throw Another Punch

We often do not get direct answers to questions through EVP but any sign of communication is important to us.

Unfortunately, the EVP captured after my question did not provide the answer I was looking for.

If you listen carefully there is a possible EVP which happens before "Throw Another Punch" which could be the answer I was looking for.

Could it say "Bishop" or "Yes, It's Bishop" at the 1 second mark?

Downstairs: EVP @ 6 seconds

Q: Did You Touch Her Hair?

EVP: I Like The Touch Of…Her- Hair

This EVP is interesting. If you listen closely you can hear two separate voices speaking.

One voice says “I- like. The- Touch. Of…” while simultaneously the other voice is saying “The Touch of… Her- Hair”.

The two voices are separate but they complement one another in a manner that finishes the entire sentence. It’s almost as if the same spirit’s voice is coming through on different frequency lengths but the thought is the same so the statement is heard as one complete phrase.

Downstairs: Ghost Box Response @ 1 second

Q: Is There A Little Girl

   Response: Quit It... Quit Laughing

This response is considered a Party Line response.

The response "Quit it... Quit Laughing" had little to do with the question and sounded as if it was meant for someone else. It's almost as if we were ease dropping on two spirits conversating.

Downstairs

Downstairs: Ghost Box Response @  0 & 7 seconds

   Ghost Box: Ed-

Ed: It say Ed?...You Wanna Talk To Me?

   Response: Play With Me

One of the guest, Ed, was conducting a Ghost Box session in the downstairs of the business. The spirit called for Ed and once Ed noticed and inquired about it's interest in him.... It immediately asked for Ed to play with him.

                                      ....................

When I first listened to this response I heard something different than what I am posting...

Honestly, I originally thought the response said "Pleasure Me".

What do you hear?  "Play with Me" or "Pleasure Me".

Could this be a Woman instead of a Man?

Downstairs: Ghost Box Response @ 2 seconds

Johnathan: Asking a Few Question Please

   Response: Hi, Johnathan

This response comes directly after Ed communicated with the spirit who wanted him to play.

You can clearly hear it acknowledge me by saying "Hi, Johnathan" and then a guest immediately confirms that they heard what was said through the Ghost Box.

The P-SB7 ITC Research Device a.k.a. "The Ghost Box"

Victory of Light Paranormal's technical team uses the Ghost Box on a limited basis. We find that it can be disruptive to other members and provides some questionable results.

We have also found through our Mediums that the spiritual inhabitants located at a site may become disinterested over time due to the disruptive noise & energy it produces.

Although the Ghost Box can be a great paranormal investigation tool. We find it best to communicate through the Ghost Box for a short period of time only. This helps to eliminate disruptions and to obtain the most accurate responses possible.

PLEASE USE HEADPHONES WHEN LISTENING TO THE EVP
